THE UK’s FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) has written to over 1,000 so-called ‘Annex 1’ companies as part of a new AML enforcement drive.
The regulator has sent a questionnaire to affected firms, which refers to a group of financial businesses such as money broking, financing leases, and other banking-like functions.
